and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes.
Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped

Why is my order back-ordered, and when can I expect shipment?
Because the most popular items at Twin XL sell so quickly, we
occasionally run out. If this happens, we'll notify you with an
estimated ship date and we'll follow up with a progress report. We make
